Poore by name, not by nature.
Exam-focused revision resources and predicted papers for GCSE Maths, Statistics, Level 2 Further Maths and A Level Economics — written by teachers who mark the real thing.
What we cover
Four subjects. Every paper taken seriously.
Original practice papers, predicted papers and topic packs, all written from the specification and past-paper patterns — never recycled exam questions.
GCSE Maths
Higher and Foundation, both boards. Predicted papers, walking talking mocks and topic packs for the summer and November series.
GCSE Statistics
One of the few places on the internet that takes Stats seriously. Full predicted packs for Paper 1 and Paper 2, both tiers.
Further Maths Level 2
The 8365 home on the web. Original practice papers, mark schemes and topic packs for the qualification nobody else writes for.
A Level Economics
Knowledge organisers, glossaries and exam-skill resources, built Year 12 first and growing with the course.
Who we are
Two teachers, one very unfortunate surname.
Everything on this site is written and checked by us — two working secondary maths teachers who teach, mark and revise these specifications every single year. In our own words:
Mr Poore
Current AQA examiner · Head of KS4 Maths
I'm a current AQA examiner — I mark real papers every summer, so I know exactly what a mark scheme rewards, what it forgives, and where students throw marks away. I teach A Level Maths and Further Maths, GCSE Maths, GCSE Statistics and Level 2 Further Maths, and as Head of KS4 I spend my working life getting students through these exact exams. Everything I write here is built on that: real specifications, real mark schemes, no filler.
Miss Garrod
GCSE Maths specialist · Foundation & OCR
GCSE Maths is my specialism, and helping students pass Foundation is my passion — it's the craft I've honed my whole career. There's no better feeling than watching someone go from “I can't do maths” to walking out of that exam hall knowing they've nailed it. My resources are built exactly for that journey: clear methods, no jargon, and questions that build confidence instead of knocking it. If your goal is to pass — and pass well — I've written these for you.
